So I was supposed to do this everyday, but I have missed the last 2.. but just like my theory on dieting I am going to pick up where I left off and not dwell on the fact that I screwed up :)
Gratitude
1) that I am finally over being sick
2) That I continue to see and feel differences in my body.... good ones
3) that no matter how good it was I really don't need him anymore
Good stuff
I love IHOP... we went & ate there since I was "too sick" to go to work... it was wonderful. I don't eat like that anymore, and it was a fabulous treat to order a breakfast that could feed an army. And it is one of the few things that I have given up that when I have gone back for a taste was just as good as always.
Exercise
got back on track yesterday, walked a mile & a half then did crunches and weights... not a full workout but a good start after being sick :)
Good Deeds
Working on my friends daughters school valentines..having a blast! she will have the best valentines EVER!!
Medatation
this one eludes me still, just not sure what to write so I think I am going to giving up trying to write about it...
